There are some very warrior type kriyas one could do. How will KY change your body physically? It will make you strong like bull! How will you look, may be a whole different issue. How we look muscularly has a lot to do with our genetics! So if you tend not to "bulk up", Ky probably won't do that for you. You would probably have to do some serious strength training in order to create more mass...but... Ky will leave you svelt and lean! Since beginning KY (I used to teach aerobics and strength training) my body shape has changed from about 30lbs overweight with a lot of bulky muscle mass to a lean and well defined muscular physique now and I'm still a strong as I ever was but my muscles have an elongated look to them now and I have less mass or girth to them. I don't believe there is any kind of yoga that will bulk you up..but you will defintely develope muscles in a very balanced looking way.
