Guest guest
I'm reposting this for further discussion per Gururattan's suggestion! Thanks! ~ranjit When a kriya calls for its own meditation at the end, like Awakening he 10 Bodies, do you have the students do savasana/deep relaxation BEFORE the meditation... or go right into the meditation and then have relaxation at the end of class... What are the accepted guidelines for this. >Good question. Guest guest
I tend to do a lot of breaks in my class and would generally do a pretty full layout after a reasonably vigorous yoga set and before the meditation. If, however, the set was sort of light or the ending was sort of light, I would do maybe a shorter layout, then the meditation and then another layout.
