Guest guest Posted January 24, 2003 Report Share Posted January 24, 2003 Headache Stand feet shoulder width apart and close your right nostril with the thumb of your right hand inhale fully and close the nose with the thumb and index finger. Hang forward from the hips until you cannot hang any longer. Open the right nostril (remove the thumb leave the index fnger) and exhale as you come back to the original standing position. repeat This might not be fun when you have a headache but its regular practice will prevent them.
