Guest guest
Dear Ranjit and Christa, The kechari mudra I believe helps to balance Yin and Yang in royal meridians (Conception and Governor). It is interesting that in Russian language the word for Palatine is very close to pronunciation of the word Sky, Heaven. ("niobo to nebo"). Our palatine being as the arc, the dome of the heaven inside of our mouth. For a tongue placement any place on the palatine would do. The tip of the tongue may be softened, or placed more firmly, which is harder. Placing the tongue deeper toward the even uvula, for sure is harder, too. But there is this technique in Myofascial Release when you take a piece of gauze and using your fingers you really really gently and slowly pull your tongue out. There will be a lot of burning sensations, and pain. But as a result you will have much healthier (released!) and longer tongue. No kidding, once I've pulled it like for a half an hour. Our fingertips exude the rays of light, so is the tip of the tongue. When the tongue is coned in touching the soft palatine arch, almost before the uvula, the light of the tip of the tongue is directed toward the pineal, thus stimulating the pituitary and the pineal.
