Guest guest
I've had one of those slings sittin' around for a year. I need to get it installed (attached to the studs in my ceiling). Maybe I haven't installed it because I watch too much TV..............Catch 24. Maybe today! Actually, I can go a whole day without TV,..........as long as I have NPR. In india I go a whole month without any media at all. What a blessing in itself. Maybe it's because of our media that we westerners end up swinging from the ceilings! Hunh, ever think of that!? In a way it was a big day. Guest guest
Sat Nam, Actually exactly the fact of reading this KY list slowly helped me to prepare for the changes... When I came to this country 7 years ago, my most favorite show was "Law and Order". There was never enough of it. 3 or 4 months ago, doing the shadow work, I suddenly realized how my energy has contributed to all of these new "LaO-s" blooming full speed on TV. Reading the KY list, and admiring you folks here, finally last August I bought a timer. This last December I watched too many "LaO-s". So I got all lawed and ordered. Because I knew come the New Year I am not going to see any of it. So, January 2, New Moon came, and I've started my 5 a.m. gets ups and 2-3 hour sadhanas. No TV. Books, meditations, integrations, soul search, total commitment to the family and my business. Jiwan Kaur > Maybe it's because of our media that we westerners end up swinging from > the ceilings!
