Guest guest
Sat Nam..Amar.. Well I don't have stiff joints... so I can't comment on the effectiveness of using Soy milk...but I can comment on the tastiness of it...Yum! At winter solstice they offered soy as a substitute as well when we were served it. This diet was given to him by Yogi Bhajan, and suggests 1 tsp. of turmeric paste added to 1 cup of yogurt as an evening snack. I added the almond oil, 1 tsp of pure maple syrup, and cinnamon. No morning stiffness, so it works reallly fast! I'm planning to try the hot drink substituting soy milk, to see if the results are the same. has anyone else tried soy milk with good results?
