Inner Anger Kryia

Sat Nam Y'all,

Just wanted to share that I just completed 90 days of this wonderful

Inner Anger Kryia.

It was quite challenging in the beginning, but it was worth perservring.

The most challenging situation in my life is one I can't do anything to

change at this point in time, except of course my own attitude to it. It

came up with a vengence this week and when I would get down on the mat to

practice this kryia I was astounded at the waves of rage that came up. I

might add this is something that has been going on for years, and I have

faced my own part in it, and all that goes along with that. But I don't

think I've ever really faced the rage before. I suppose it had to come

up to be let go. I did get insights on what to do to lessen the focus

on this situation and also to understand that others have their own

lessons and karma to work out, even if I can't stand the way it is being

manifested.

So thatnk you Dharam, since you were the one who made me aware of this

kryia. It was well worth doing.

Can you repeat where the Inner Anger Kryia could be found?

Congratulations for giving yourself this time. I loved it when I did it. They

were particularly sweet times. I was bummed when I gave it up (at

96 days) because the bowing with the arms crossed was hard on my knees. Make

sure you meditate afterwards. At least 11 minutes of something, maybe

Kirtan Kriya to keep the mental channels open. You've done the work relieving

the body system of the anger, but the mental body is even more

tenacious. Meditate your brains out! Chanting sweetly in the Amrit Vela is the

best.

It's a blessing to have a healthy relationship with such a powerful emotion

which many suffer from because it gets turned sideways and goes

subversive in ways that are incredibly obvious but, because of the quiet

contracts we all make, never see sunlight. Anger is a beautiful emotion

when it is appropriate.

It's good to regain and retain a good feeling of ourself and our relationship

with anger.

Gururattan, I feel would be good to ask regarding the particulars of your

"situation".

Remember to get into the mental realm. The softer aspects are part of the

process.

Sat Nam,

Dharam

Thanks Dharam. I did LOTS of meditation with this kryia, since Dec. 1st

I've been doing The Divine Mother, and am up to 62 mins on that. Before

I was doing at least 31 mins of Ad Guray Nameh, plus other things. It was

hard on my knees too, and I know I'm going to have to stop the Divine

Mother before too long as it is really hard on my neck and shoulders,

which were already problematic for me. But I'm going to go for 120 days

if I can. Doing this kryia ( Inner Anger) was a wondeful experience and

helped me greatly.

Love to all,

Avtar
