Dharam was pretty much right on. 1C water 3-4TBS ground, raw blanched almond pieces blend ingredients thoroughly in a blender for several minutes, until the water becomes white. Strain if necessary and stir well before using. Keeps for several days in the refrigerator and may be frozen. Sounds simple enough. Let me know if you try it.
