Guest guest
Sat Nam, for all you folks out there that don't know this, regular table salt they way it is made today is harmful for you, toxic for you body, salt as we know it is sodium chloride, it is processed in such a way as to remove all the important minerals, so it is not alkaline. You should use Celtic Salt (sea salt), the minerals in Celtic Salt are almost exactly the same make up as our blood, some say it is the same, this salt is alkaline, just for those that don't know this, I know of some good places that you can order Celtic Salt, just send me an email, and I will send it to you.... Guest guest
Dear Valerie, This is very important information about salt. I use a product called Realsalt that I buy in the healthfood stores that seems to have the same qualities. It costs $5 a lb and I don't feel strange when I eat it. The regular salt makes me feel really bad the next day. We do need this "real" salt in our diets. Give us all the address for Celtic Salt. The last time I bought it, it was $15 a lb.
