Guest guest
Dear Toyb, And one more thing -- never go to a dinner hungry without food that you cannot eat or of course you will eat it. Let me know when you find a pizza substitute. I think Dharam would suggest mung beans and rice --with tomatoe sause and cheeze? Just kidding. Anybody have a good reference on NAAD yoga, which is the use of divine mantras and the sound current to effect change. Also see the section on mantras on www.kundaliniyoga.org. Guest guest
Actually..I just read something on the inside of one of Mata Mandir's CD covers that i thought explained naad well. I don't have time right now to copy it...but if nobody comes up with another reference by tomorrow afternoon, when I have some time...I'll type it out in a post. Guest guest
Sat Nam Dr. Khalsa, The closest I've come to a pizza substitute is a pizza I found in the health food store that is made with sourdough and I think low fat cheese and the only thing it has on it is tomatoes. I think it is called Wolfgang's Pizza but I am not sure. I will also try to remember what Sat Sangeet said about watching television. Reflecting back, it is when I am relaxed, watching television with friends or family, joking and laughing that I am caught off guard. So I will be mindful of this. And u are so right, dont go to dinner (or the grocery store) hungry Blessings, Toyb - Gururattan K.Khalsa Kundaliniyoga Tuesday, January 28, 2003 11:04 PM Re: Naad
Guest guest
Dear Sat Sangeet No need to type it up. Go to any of Mata Mandir's CDs in the Yoga Tech online store, click on the cover pic, and you will find a link from the page that comes up entitled "Naad, the Yoga of Sound". While you are in the store, listen to the sound clips too. Sat Nam! Guest guest
Sat Nam , Yoga of Sounds is one CD collection (the complete set is 3 CD's ) that is worth having . It contains a lot of mantras that include some psychical movements (dancing) that are required to receive the full effect of the mantras . I have the one produced by Russill Paul . His AM and PM Chants are wonderful too . Peace & Love sadhana kaurGet more from the Web.
