It's short (I have to walk our dog in the morning as well - use it for breath walk...), has lots of energy and I'll do it nearly every day since last summer. The only thing is, that I've substituted the 3 x 3 min Sat Kriya with the 1 min rests by straight forward 11 min Sat Kriya . Also the frogs I try do a little bit more - up to 52. After that I do the SA-TA-NA-Ma - meditation. I think this set is a real pearl and I just thought to myself, hmm, I should do it for 1000 days.
