I hope the brief introduction you ask for means, I am a Brazilian living in Rio de Janeiro, my spiritual name is Sotanter Kaur and am actually giving KY classes here. I am the only teacher in Rio and now joining this list I begin to feel much less lonely. I congratulate Gururattan for all her wonderful ideas of online kundalini. I also thank Subagh Khalsa who introduced me to this site and still, is my teacher. Why is kundalini called the mother of all yogas ? and is it that KY is the first yoga right after Tantra Yoga ?
