Guest guest
Thank you Ranjit. > It is said that the true sign of awakened Kundalini energy is strength of character. I have never been in lectures where Yogi Bhajan discussed raising of the Kundalilni in terms other than consciousness. He used to tell us we would know our kundalinli is awakenedwhen we were able to live conscious lives. Don't we all know, that is harder than moving energy up our spine! Guest guest
Sat Nam Kristina, My first experience was years ago, I had been in a deep state of meditation when I felt a powerful force go up my spine, heard what sounded like a sonic boom, then experienced a pure white light so full of pure joy and love that no words, songs or poems could ever describe it. If I never experience it again, it will not matter because I now know how much love there really is, has been, and always will be within ourselves as a part of the divine infinite. Now, about 7 years later, after practicing Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan since the early 1990's, I get to witness the healing of the whole person, living in joy everyday, loving myself so I can love others, being strong so I can service others, always feeling a state of gratitude and hopefully I live in a state of grace, I feel like I am truely having a full human experience and being the best I can be. And believe me, my life is full of tragic stories, drugs, divorce, remarried and widowed with 3 small kids, a son with a tragic brain injury who has fully recovered - thanks to many of the kryias and meditations Yogi B. shared with us. I feel like the kundalini yoga as taught by YB when practiced daily, has allowed the kundalini energy to awaken and allow me to shine brighter and love my life! If I don't do it, I do not feel as strong and bright. I hope this helps. Love, Prakash Kaur
Guest guest
Yes i awoke Kundalini last year. I never made KY in my life. I was marathon man. I make KY a little now. The woke was pure. Very nice and strong. One day when i was running felt tickles up my spine. From that day i'm smiling always. It's like born again all time. When K up it take your personality and strengthen your qualities. I always wished help people so now i'm using K for cure people and is very very powerful. Sometimes when i walk on the street and observe anyone my K go up very strong. This happen becouse the person needs energy for any reason. >From my experience i don't need effort for up Kundalini. My mother have her K up and she never made any sport, yoga or energetic discipline. In the morning i say 'Good morning K' and feel like she go up with good feelings in my chest and head. In the night i say 'Good night K' and she don't leave perineum until i wake up her in the morning. If your personality is creative your K will be creative. Once i felt negative experience but it was for my responsability. I made a KY meditation and sudendly i felt energy very strong in my hands and all body. 31minutes and later i rested on my bed. On my bed i was hearing Kundalini in my ears like a current in a wire. Only once. In my life Kundalini is the best gift. Guest guest
Sat Nam Kristina, You can send pink prana to your nervous system. This energy color is the best for nervous like said A. Powell in 'The Etheric Double'. He said: " This accounts for six kinds of atoms only: the seventh variety, - that coloured rose-pink, is despatched through the hub or centre of the spleen chakram itself, whence it is distributed over the whole nervous system. These rose-coloured atoms are the original atoms which first drew round them the six others to form the globule. The atoms which bear the rose-coloured Prâna are clearly the life of the nervous system, and it is this variety of Prâna which one man may give to another, as described in Chapter XIII. If the nerves are insufficiently supplied with this rose-coloured Prâna, they become sensitive and intensely irritable: the patient finds himself restless, and the least noise or touch is agony to him. Instant relief may be afforded him by some healthy person flooding his nervous system with a supply of rose-coloured Prâna.
