Guest guest
Sat Nam! I didn't get any responses ...thought a new RE: line would help. >From my last message two questions: Can anyone recommend a really good sanskrit / yoga terminology dictionary? I'll try to keep my questions to a minimum until I complete the book, but in the meantime, why are all mediations supposed be be for odd lengths in duration i.e. 11 min, 22 min, 31 min, etc? Thanks for any help you can offer. Love and Peace, Nichole
Guest guest
Hi Nicole Try this link for Sanskrit: http://www.sivananda.org/misc/glossary/glossary.shtml You should check out the archives for an answer to your other question - accessible through the site - http://www./mygroups - you need to sign in and go to the Kundaliniyoga page. Archives are accessed via the "messages" link from the left hand column. There are almost 14000 messages there - by far and away the largest online database of information about Kundalini Yoga.
