Guest guest
Sat Nam Nichole, Just how much KY have you been doing and how long have you been doing KY? Handle the energy? Try left nostril breathing for 3-11 mins. If you can't feel drowsy after 11 mins, I want some of that energy you got! You know it could have been all of the above, or a combination. Just try the nostril breathing if you have any more problems, put the rest of the stuff out of mind. Thats something the yoga will help you with. When you become aware of your yoga while you are actually doing it, then you learn to just be aware and not concerned with external clutter, during the day. Ra-Ma-Da-Sa always makes me sleep very well, if done right before bed, BTW. :-) Blessings Deva

It was very powerful, and abrupt awakening. Worry must be it - Thanks! Should I start tomorrow, then (I'm supposed to start on the new moon)?
