Dear Gururattan Kaur,

 

I am soory to bother you with this, but what is the shortest and best

preparation before one can start one's mantra/meditations etc.

In my 2hrs in the morning I get to take my shower, do my prayers, your spinal

exercises and some nabbi kriya. then I have to get going with my day. My

question is: I can find another hour in the evening for mantras etc. but don't

have time to all the warm-ups again. How can I best approach this?
