Guest guest
Hi Everyone, I've been running for several years now. I've tried different breathing techniques, mental chants, and mudras while running. Does anyone have any advice on incorporating KY into running? Guest guest
Although challenging, if you can separate your inhale into four strokes and mentally resonate Sa Ta Na Ma, and your exhale into four strokes you can do whisper Wa He Gu Ru. You can also add the finger movements of Kirtan Kriya for added depth. (kundalini yogakyt15.html). This will keep your in conscious contact with the breath. When you get back home, try covering up and doing a layout....see where that takes you. Have fun with it, Dharam Ernie wrote: > Hi Everyone, > I've been running for several years now.
