Last night I had a dream I was in the presence of Yogi Bhajan. In his presence my Kundalini was awakened. I woke up with extreme heat and sweat in the first chakra area being aware of the dream I just had. It was so intense I started to feel nauseated. I then needed to vomit. After that I felt fine. This must all be related to clearing away all the junk thanks to the sodarshan chakra kriya. I still am staying at 11 minutes and plan on moving to 31 minutes after the forty days for another forty days. I notice a lot of changes going on within me. Even other people have noticed and commented just recently that it looks like I am going through many changes. My desires are starting to change. I feel a need to change even the clothing I wear.
