Sat Nam All,

I find that I am having great difficulty meditating in the morning.

I am by nature a nocturnal person, but have forced myself to at

least do the Sat Kriya in the mornings. Being "too new" to KY to

actually take a cold shower before sunrise (hey just doing what I am

doing is an accomplishment!)I wonder if I can't do this in the

evenings instead. I get so much more out of it at night, feel so

much more focused on my breath, able to listen to to body and have

more composure over by body and control over my thoughts. If I can't

switch and do it at night, could I at least do the short Sat Kriya

in the morning, but longer asanas and meditation at night? From my

viewpoint it's all beneficial!

On another note, I've read that dreaming is a waste of time and

energy according to YB. However, I enjoy my dream states very much,

and often "listen" to my dreams as a manifestation of my inutition,

or at least working out solutions to my problems. Obviously, some

dreams are simply residual thoughts from the day, but I think some

can be very important. Doesn't KY recognize that? Additionally, one

of the goals of KY is to enjoy being in this body...I get great joy

out of the fact that I can dream, and have such vivid and impactful

dreams.

Any thoughts on either of these issues would be much appreciated.

Pleasant Dreams & Beautiful Days!

Nichole
