Guest guest
I have a pregnant friend who is in no way a yogic practitioner, but she seems interested and curious about the prenatal benefits of some yoga regimen. Her ordinarily sedentary life has become more so and so she is starting out at a low level of conditioning. I would like to start her out slow so that she does not mistake progress for pain. Can anyone suggest specific kriyas or perhaps a web resource for pregnant novitiate sets? Thank you for your time. ©®©®©®©®©®©®©®©®©®©® Chris K. NO EXERCISES LYING ON THE BACK ( they all need to be modified by having a stack of pillows behind the back ) and NO EXERCISES LYING ON THE BELLY EITHER. gai Mail Plus - Powerful. Affordable.
