Sat Nam ya'll,

Normally when I do a set I use this order. Exercise, Pranayama,

Meditation, but what if I have several things to work on? Should I go all

the way through for each issue, or stack them by doing Exercise 1 and

2,,,,,,,etc. Does stacking them that way confuse the issue for the body?

Also, I noticed several drug-related sets. How will these effect people

who are currently using these substances?

And what about chemo-therapies? Because of the way western medicine works

many chemo protocols wreck one part of the body to build up another. While

I DO trust Source to make things work right, but it never hurts to "pitch

in". I want to make sure not to interfere with the efficacy of my

medications tho.
