I should tell you though that the energy kind of took care of my sadhana by itself so I concluded my gan puttee kriya after 369 days yesterday and today I am in the second day of the saro nari sohi med and very happy about it too. I think you are right about the music maybe I'll just skip it on this one although I use music a lot on my classes, I feel it really lifts the vibrations. So now I'll just find a new kriya to start for 40 days and try to sweat through it! Oh! Thanks a lot for the detox text and the kitcheree recipe. You are very helpful I really appreciate..
