Guest guest
Sat Nam Zuri, As a beginner...I would only practice one kriya at a time in a session. If you would like to mix it up a bit...practice rotating through a few kriyas from day to day...pace yourself. You can practice any kriya for 40 days in order to deepen your experience with the effects of a particular kriya, at any time. Good Luck! Guest guest
Thanks Sat Sangeet, I think I'll start with doing the flexible spine exercises and the Gan Puttee kriya for a month or so. I also found a KY class not to far where I work which meets once a week. I hope I like it.
