40 days of navel power

Sat nam!

Today I have completed my 40th day of a power and prosperity set. I would of

been up to 70 something straight days if I didn't skip a couple around the

holidays. But that's ok. I've noticed subtle changes in myself. My sensitivity

and fear towards criticism is dwindling. It frees me up more to approach people

in business and social life. So picking up the phone and calling someone new

isn't as much of an ordeal as it once was. I'd always think, "What if I'm

bothering them?What if I trip over my words?". Now, I'm kind of like, "Oh, so

what." I'm not completely 100% there though, so I will continue on to 90 days. I

really, honestly wanted to stop the navel exercises though. I so miss those feel

good heart opening exercises I was doing before. :'( Anything where my arms were

spinning around or throwing punches felt great! I hate boat pose. Anyways, 50

more days to go! More improvements on the way! Thanks for letting me share.

No need to deprive yourself. Do a few of your favorite poses to warm up or

at another time during the day just to feel good. We want to create a

connection between the navel and the heart.
