Guest guest Posted February 9, 2003 Report Share Posted February 9, 2003 Sat Nam Jiwan, I've been in the position for as long as 2 months when I could not do much physical yoga due to some medical problems. During that time I relied heavily on meditations. They REALLY help keep me together and even find a little humor in my circumstances. I'm a HUGE fan of the Smiling Buddha Meditation, especially if followed by the Meditation for Gurprasad. Whenever I put those two together I come out rested, confident, and certain that God is on my side! I don't know the party line about using meditations separately, but I've used it with great positive effect.
