Guest guest Posted February 9, 2003 Report Share Posted February 9, 2003 SAT NAM to all! last yogafestival in france i ve been at sat hari singh's music missel. he said there is a massage effect by vibration thru the sounds!(a,e,i,o,u,). happends when you chant. i.(english e) was i believe the highest point in the head. Why not try for yourself and determine where you feel these sounds vibrating? Let us know what you find out. In my experience the most beautiful sound for toning is between IH and UH (as in umlaut U).
