Preparation for inner sounds

As a result of practuicing the many KY excersizes and kriyas with the breathing

done properly, the body becomes highly charged and vibrates above the frequency

of thoughts. The body nerves, centers and magnetic field resonate like an

amplifier of sound. Then one begins meditations with the chanting of sacred

sounds (mantras) that cause the stored energy in the nerves and centers to

release and vibrate throughout the magnetic field aura and arc of the aura,

resulting in the mind tuning inwardly to this vibration.

You can feel the sense of withdrawal of the mind inward. With this inward

withdrawal and deepening stillness, there arises a field of sounds that draw one

deeper and deeper.

At some stage there arises a force within that is permeated with pervasive

single Intelligence that separates the atention and awareness of all energy,

impressions and thoughts and sounds, however high or low from the seer, the

subject "I" - then the "I" abides as "I" within Itself both puling the mind

within and outshining all images and impressions in a Transfiguration of the

Soul.

This is inward hearing, and the whole body attunes itself to this all pervasive

light that resonates in the Heart and everywhere.

Re: RE: inner sound

Dear Nirmal,

> Are there any meditations in KY for listening to your own inner sound?

Yes. After every meditation or exercise, turn your hearing inward and

listen. Practice is the meditation.

The first exercise on page 100 in Transitions to a Heart Centered World.

You can also put in ear plugs and then it is easier to listen.
