Sat Nam Gulnara,

After the 120 day of conception avoid breath of fire...any vigorous pulling in

of the navel, squishing of the abdomin, powerful twists etc.

Be gentle..do only what feels comfortable for you and your baby....if you have

morning sickness I know alot of the moving postures can send you over the edge!

And there is probably more..but I think BOF and poses that could stress the

abdomin are you main concern.
