Guest guest
Hair growth on the face at that young age may mean she needs to see a doctor. I've got the same problem now that I have past menopause, women expect that as they pass 60. I advise her to try electrolysis, the new laser treatments from an expert who does it, don't worry about shaving, it won't make the hair grow darker, but do not pluck it out, I find it grows thicker and is harder to pull out when it grows back in, not what I heard when I was younger, plucking used to thin eyebrows, don't believe it! I'd see a good wholistic doctor first of all and then try hair dye, or the other methods mentioned. Is the problem only on her face or on other parts of her body? That's all I can offer. Guest guest
Sat Nam everyone, One of my students has suddenly a lot of hair growing in her face (she is 30 years old), the doctor told her that it is not her hormones but it has to do with her ovaries and adrenals... I was wondering if anyone could suggest any kriyas or meditations that could help her? She is really willing to start doing some kundalini yoga everyday at home if that is going to help her. "It is not hormones but it has to do with her ovaries and adrenals" and this guy is a doctor!!?? Hello!! Its an imbalance in male hormones. As was suggested, she will have to get electrolosis to remove the hair, which is permanent, no twizing. THen see someone who knows about hormones and get on the right diet or supplements. > I was wondering if anyone could suggest any kriyas or meditations that could help her? Guest guest
Sat Nam Gururattan! Thank you for the advice on hair problem, I told her what you said and suggested the set that I am doing right now on page 36 of Transitions..(for navel-abdominal area) which by the way is amazing! It is really starting to heal my stomach and it gives me bursts of energy! I feel like flying afterwards! Thank you and thanks to Dharam for suggesting it. I have 2 questions though: on exercise 4 with the sit-ups you don't specify the time so I do about 10 sets (middle-right-left) and on the next exercise where we lift alternate leg and arm I do it about a minute..is that ok? Guest guest
Marily, Your friend could try one of those at home kits to remove hair, it may work for her too.
