Guest guest Posted February 11, 2003 Report Share Posted February 11, 2003 SAT NAM, Its been about a year of praticing KY and I would like to say that "I feel blessed , blessed and blessed to have found this group and KY". I am so grateful to GOD for this. The joy and peace that I find in myself cannot be expressed by words . I just feel wonderful in my body. I also find that chanting gives tremendous happiness and there is string or a connection which goes from my heart, dont know where still trying to figure out. I also see sometimes red clustered seeds as in a pomogranate not sure what this is refering to.. But all in all , I dont feel like indulging in any discussion but just want to be here now. Its a great feeling!. Thank you All, May the Love and Light spread and drive the darkness, heal the pain and make everybody glow in light.
