Spinal Flex or any other forward bending movements are a bit of a problem at this time. Looking for guidance in how to return to KY practice with this problem and yet keep the sets whole. The nearest KY teacher is about 130 miles away. Was doing a solo practice for about 1 year before the set back last August. Do gentle exercises to strengthen the abdominal muscles and the navel center. Don't use the back muscles to replace the abdominal muscles. > yet keep the sets whole. Do the challenging excercise either very gently or visualize doing them and use those muscles isomentrically.
