Guest guest Posted February 12, 2003 Report Share Posted February 12, 2003 in regards to your lower back being sensative , the same here . i must share w / u that i have had the same problems & since i've being doing KY , NO MORE Problems!!!! i've only been practicing since just before Christmas . i believe that doing a kriya / set called the Camel really has help to eradicate the pain that i used to have in the am . plz give this a try . mojave62 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

There are times when that would come in SO handy! I would say, think, visualize, feel and breath your way through it. Make as real energetically as possible. Even do isomentric movements with the muscles to train and prepare them. I did this once with leg stretches with one leg that I had pulled the muscles. A few weeks later I just went into the pose without any problems.
