Guest guest Posted February 12, 2003 Report Share Posted February 12, 2003 Hi Everyone, I'm on the 3rd day of an 11-day watermelon-only fast. I'm also on day 12 of a 40-day Sodarshan set. This morning I woke up and I felt somewhat weak, and I decided to only do the morning exercises from "transition". I considered doing an 11-min. Sat set, but I chose not to. At that time, I didn't feel I should do any more exercises, so I sat and relaxed to a naad cd for about an hour. Now, I feel much better. I'm feeling strong and energized.
