Sat Nam and Welcome Branislav!

I think I can actually answer your question, although I'm not a

teacher. So if someone else suggests something other than what I

write, please follow their advice over mine.

The 'L' you are referring to is describing the path of energy as you

breath. When you inhale, imagine light/energy coming from above and

entering through the crown chakra. As you exhale, imagine it moving

out through your 6th chakra, thus creating an 'L' shape in your head.

As for tongue movements. Yes, the tongue does move naturally when you

chant. But you cited that this is stated during the 'silent' part. So

you are not physically chanting during this time. Instead, you

should 'hear/feel' the mantra repeating in your body, but you should

not be making any audible sound. The tongue, therefore, should

continue to move as it would if you were audibly chanting the mantra,

just that no sound will be made now. The same with the fingers, they

continue to move as you mentally/silently chant. Everything stays the

same, except that you make no noise for the chant during this part.

As for the meaning, I know that was posted on here before. You may

want to check the archives. I don't remember exactly, but it goes

something like:

Sa = Birth

Ta = Life

Na = Death

Ma = Resurrection/Rebirth

Again I'm NOT positive about this translation. I'm fairly certian on

Sa, Na and Ma, but I forget Ta.
