Guest guest
Hi All, I was wondering if any one might know any asanas or other help that would help me to change some re-happening patterns in my life involving other people. Its a couple re-acurring themes like If I get involved in a new relationship I still have the issues and problems in the new relationship that I had In the previous ones. The main issues are abandonment and mooching ( someone thats a taker and doesn't provide any thing), and I seem to be a target for unemployed people. I like to go on weekend trips and do a variety of activities, however when I ask others to go with me they say "well I don't have any money". Yet they have money to do other things with other people, which doesnt include me. I have directly asked about this--Is your no money responce just an excuse to not go any were whith me; I'm I that much of a stick in the mud or what is it. And usually the responce is a shoulder shrug. Many times in my life I have paid ther other pesons way in order to have company, however my current income does not allow for this any more. I will greatly apprecieate all responces regarding this matter that would help me find solutions to these issues. Sat Nam Kimberly
Guest guest
Satnam, I could not help feeling your anguish at people. It reminded me of the saying by YB that goes like "Don't be to sweet that people will eat you up or to sour that they will spit you out" I really have to work to this balance by being conscious of my heart chakra and my emotional body. Also my aura has to be strong to stand up and say what I feel gracefully and consciously.I truly recommend lots yoga but also the book "Pysche of the golden shield" It has a lot of shabads for lonliness, prosperity ect. There is believe this or not:) a meditation to attract friends. It uses the Ad guray nameh mantra but I don't know the mudra. If any one knows this meditation I would recommend it and would love to have access to it again. Don't give up on friends . Just be a good one with boundaries and you will always have that to fall back on Take care satnam kaur

Guest guest
Sat Nam Kimberley, " I was wondering if any one might know any asanas or other help that would help me to change some re-happening patterns in my life involving other people." I think White Tantra is the most effective process for changing relationship karma. It certainly had a profound effect on my life and love relationship and this growth is still continuing, bringing the most amazing and unpredictable results!See Whitetantra.com for details. " Many times in my life I have paid ther other pesons way in order to have company, however my current income does not allow for this any more." I also used to feel that I had to give to get love, but now I am demanding to be treated with respect and it is all down to how I feel about myself. White Tantra has been a catalyst. We have been discussing the law of cause and effect(karma). Changing the way you see yourself(it may be unconscious), changes how others see you. Also you could try getting hold of the tape "Bountiful, Blissful and Beautiful"and chanting with it. It is impossible to do this meditation without experiencing change inside and eventually outside. All practise of Kundalini Yoga will in the end lead you to revealing your true beauty and then you will not attract the same type of karma, or you will change existing realationships from painful to happy-which has been my experience. To me that is the whole point of this wonderful teaching! Best of luck and love Guru Sahai Kaur.
Guest guest
- <jaapsahib > There is believe this or not:) a meditation to attract > friends. It uses the Ad guray nameh mantra but I don't know the mudra. The meditation is on page 132 of "Transitions to a Heart Centered World". It's called projection and protection from the heart. Ad Gurey Name... (Mangala Charn Mantra) is my favorite mantra. I should revisit this one. Sat nam, Shiv Antar --- Outgoing mail is certified Virus Free. Checked by AVG anti-virus system (http://www.grisoft.com).
