Guest guest
Sat Nam Branislav, The "L in the head" is the 'L form meditation' which is very important to keep while doing the Kirtan kriya. You can imagine that the sound-energy of the mantra, as you chant, is entering from the top of your head and coming out from your 3rd eye point (between the eyebrows), that forms an L shape. You will notice a great difference in concentration once you start doing this. The hands have to keep moving in order to follow the mudra, but what the specification, I think, is saying is that although you chant silently (just projecting mentally the mantra) the hands are still doing what they are supposed to. Now about the tongue this is the first time I hear it has to be moving! Hope this helps.. Love and Light Marily Sat Atma
