Sat Nam Branislav,

The "L in the head" is the 'L form meditation' which is very important to keep

while doing the Kirtan kriya. You can imagine that the sound-energy of the

mantra, as you chant, is entering from the top of your head and coming out from

your 3rd eye point (between the eyebrows), that forms an L shape. You will

notice a great difference in concentration once you start doing this. The hands

have to keep moving in order to follow the mudra, but what the specification, I

think, is saying is that although you chant silently (just projecting mentally

the mantra) the hands are still doing what they are supposed to. Now about the

tongue this is the first time I hear it has to be moving! Hope this helps..
