Guest guest Posted February 16, 2003 Report Share Posted February 16, 2003 Sat Nam Shiv Antar, First thing I recommend is trying all of these or in combination, then you can get the yoga to heal your knees: Glucosamine - 500 mg - 3 times/day MSM - 500 mg - 3 times/day this is what I have been using for years. These work because the ingredients are what your knee tissue is comprised and or need to repair the tissue. Your body ain't making it for some reason. Also I never tried Tumeric for knees but its also recommended. And check out Dharam's post on 'Golden Milk' in the archives. I will definitely buy the supplements. I've tried Golden Milk in the past. It wasn't one of my favorite hot drinks, so I never got in the habit of drinking it daily. Thanks for reminding me about it.
