I spent the hole month at the ashram. Then I went back to work for about a week and a half, then just up and quit. I decided that the demands of my job wasn't worth the stress that was causing me a lot of health problems. Also with this demanding job I did not have enough spare time for adequate yoga practice. During the next several months I continued my yoga practice and diet and most all of my health problems disappeared. Since then I have only continued to work usually part time. In order to give myself time to do other things in life. Sat Nam Kimberly
