I have Crohn's disease, and got off of all my meds using it two years ago, now have only rare episodes when I've eaten improperly. try looking at http://www.scdiet.org for more info. The book the diet is explained in, "Breaking the Vicious Cycle" is vital to following it well. There are also listserves concerning the diet, which you can find links to on the website above.
