I've never done it more than for 3 minutes (not stopping for rest). Up to 10-15 minutes only with stops and starts. "Jeren" in my native Turkmen means "Desert Deer". Here in US it rather vibrates the male energy. I even get the advertisement for "enlargement" of "you know what"..... So, I am working on bringing back the tenderness-female quality into my heart.
