Hello all, im trying to decide which KY book to buy.

Dear Sean,

There are a lot of kundalini books out there but I have to admit that I have

used all of Gururattan Kaur manuals to teach with in the last 12 years.I have

a stack of her books that are all tattered but well loved . One student came

by and said you must use those a lot,you should rebind them.I do.

They are a treasure of information and the news is you can always contact her

on the site when you have any questions!

Hello all,

 

many people in this post have suggested the book "Transitions into a

heart-centered world" for beginners, which i have looked at on

yogatech.com. I also saw the book "Introduction to KY". Has anyone

here bought that book? Since i am a beginner im trying to find out

more about KY, and i think i might buy the introduction to ky first

and then transitions. If any of you could direct me to which one you

think i should get, please do so.

I'd also suggest looking at your library....If you want to read up abit on

Ky....I know I've found The eight Human talents, KY The eternal flow of power

and KY unlocking the potential within (Shakta's kaur) all in my neighberhood

library! All three of these along with the newer one by Guru Dharam are really

good for beginners and give an overview of Ky and Meditation. Transitions aslo

has reading material within it..articles and such as well as sets and kriyas of

yoga.

 

Then once you've read a bit then you'll want to purchase something to use as a

reference and yoga guide!

Thanks, Sangeet. I thought of checking out my local library but i wasnt sure

if they would have anything on KY. But if you could find something, i

suppose i could find something also. I'll take your advice and check into

it, and then, maybe ill buy either transitions or the introduction to ky.

Flip a coin. There is a 30 page commentary in Intro that is in no other

book. You will eventually want all 4 of my books. These books you want to

have for yourself. My books are not in the library. They are packed with

sets.

Yeah i didnt think i could find any of your books in the library, but i

could maybe find something which explains KY in some ways. But i believe i

will buy some of your books also. Ill probably get transitions and then get

Intro. They both look like they would help. Anyways, thanks for your help.

That is true i could always contact her with any questions i would have, im

sure there would be some. I like being able to speak with the author of a

book, and talk about it with them. Sounds like they are a big help to you,

and you really enjoy her books, as everyone else does. Thanks for your help.
