Guest guest
Sat nam Jiwan, > If a tree pose is a challenge did you look at the grounding exercises? With your recommendation, I have revisited lesson 14. In truth, I'm a bit overwhelmed with everything I have to work on. Before I was concentrating on navel exercises. For me, it seemed to be my weakest area both emotionally and physically. But then I got to thinking, if my first 2 chakras aren't strong enough, it wouldn't be much use to be working on the 3rd, right? When you create a building, you start at the bottom, not the 3rd floor. But then again-- I think the set I was working on, (Ravi Singh's "Navel Power") must include the 1st 2 chakras. I'm confused! Should I be concentrating on more grounding, first chakra exercises? Being that my knees aren't in good shape and tree pose is a challenge? > there was an exercise of "Walking on your knees". You just stand on you > knees, raise the ankles a little so you could grab them behind you and > walk. Carpet is for sure recommended. I tried this exercise today. I love it! It's a lot of fun. Thanks for all your help. Sat nam, Shiv Antar Kaur
