Guest guest
Dear all, I just wanted to share my experience last weekend at Guru Nanak Dwara Ashram in Phoenix, AZ. My wife and I attended the White Yoga Tantric class. It was a 10 hour meditation course. You face your partner throughout the day in easy pose and go through several kriyas. I must admit it was very challenging. We chanted Adi Shakti mantra through several of the meditations and were instructed to use the mantra to help get through the kriyas which generally lasted 62 minutes each with arms outstretched in various positions. Ten minutes or so into each kriya you begin to think, “no way will I make it!” but you persevere and work the mantra and sure enough, it’s over before you know it. By the end of the course I definitely understood the power of the mantra. I used it to become stronger than I ever realized. I became a sweaty mess beaming with energy. I did not want the last (and most difficult) kriya to end. When it did, we celebrated. The group energy helped us get through the day together. Through this I have really come to understand perseverance and staying in the moment. I still feel wonderful nearly a week later. That darn Adi Shakti still rings through my head throughout the day and I love it so much that I ordered the CD! I’ve been singing it all week whenever I drive. I have to thank 3HO for such a wonderful experience. Paul Tax Center - forms, calculators, tips, and more
Guest guest
Paul! I know!!! Isn't White Tantric the best!! I am so "positively" attached to it... I can't say enough about it....I die when I'm there doing it.....but when I come home and see the changes it creates and how I evolve each time.....I can't not return... Dreaming of Tantric...
