Dear Gururattan,

As I was driving to my class this morning..I began to think about

making transitions into a heart centered world and how we go about

making this happen in each of our lives....and of course I began to

think about your Manual "Transitions to a Heart centered World".

And I wanted to express some feelings of gratitude towards you and

the work that you have produced and continue to....I use this manual

imparticular the most, both personally and professionally in my

classes.

I love that I can pick up one manual and find beginner level navel

type workouts and gentle spinal warmups as well as heart and aura

strengtheners and a ton of meditations all in one manual! And I

often use quotes I find in the extra articles and writings included

in this the book within the class room.

Often I feel alittle overwhelmed at the beginning of a semester,

because I teach a full load and often I see new people each 8 week

semester...so I'm constantly having to start at the beginning in

terms of explaining KY....and sometimes when I'm feeling scattered

before a class and not in the flow yet...I'll sit down on my mat and

read from this manual for a few moments....

And it serves as a gentle reminder for me... when I can't seem

to "find" the light in a given moment.

Keep up your beautiful work...

With much gratitude and appreciation,

Sat Sangeet

P.S. Did you say at some point earlier..that there was soon to be

more KY videos available? Are those ones that you are making to go

along with your on line course?

Dear Sat Sangeet Kaur,

Yes, this is our major task individually and collectively.

..and of course I began to > think about your Manual "Transitions to a Heart

centered World".> And I wanted to express some feelings of gratitude towards

Thank you. I love this manual so much. I am in so much gratitude that I am

the one that got to write it.

..so I'm constantly having to start at the beginning in

There are so many different ways to begin. Get a couple of different

approaches so you don't bore yourself.

....and sometimes when I'm feeling scattered

It does have an energy of its own since so many people use it. It is like

we are all gathered together in that book.

Gordon and I have had the intention for a long time to put together a series

of videos and DVDs using sets and meditations from all my books. Keep

holding the space for that to happen and I am sure that the support needed

will appear. Funny the day I got your letter I was thinking that the very

first series would be on opening the heart.

We do have our non-profit foundation now 501c3 Heart Quest Foundation so we

can receive tax deductible donations. This is a major step. The next one

is coming soon. I can feel it. Everyone, please hold the space open in

your hearts for this to happen. Thanks! :+)

Many blessings,

Sat Nam,

Gururattan Kaur
