Guest guest
Sat Nam Sotanter, I personally don't know of a book that covers everything that you are inquiring about. If anyone else does..Let Us know! ha ha! I have and a few of my friends who practice KY have had some really strong physical detoxes occur after practicing KY.....more so after recieving SNR or doing white tantric yoga though. (Chicken Pox! for example) When you work with the Lymph/Nervous/Immune systems especially...people can have strong responses. Sometimes people "detox" emotionally after Ky..sometimes it's really locked in the tissues and systems of the body in a physical way and needs to manifest in that way. After healing you often need alot more sleep than usual...the body regenerates as you sleep, a re integration occurs. It's a little unnerving when someone approaches you after a class and tells you about such a strong reaction they had....if it persists advise her to seek medical attention if you feel that is warranted...otherwise....I usually just talk opening about the detox process in class....explaining the different levels it may occur on. I guess in some ways I am lucky, that I have experienced a whole meriad of reactions to KY and healing....although I don't necessarily have a "text book" understanding of the process the participant might be explaining...I usually can draw on my own similar experiences, through my practice and understanding of KY, to understand the process they are describing. I think what I am saying is...you don't have to be so worried about understanding "everything" you can learn through your own personal experience as you go along. And when you don't know...just ask someone you know with more experience. When I first began teaching I would often suggest that my students go and see my teacher (for SNR) when they had a problem, because I didn't have the experience yet to work with what they were presenting with....so you can always advise your students to seek help from others when it seems out of your scope, until you become comfortable and gain more experience, with all sorts of experiences! Powerful and a subtle deep energizer. In the next class my lady student said she spent the day sleepy and at a such moment she vomited a lot and she thought it was related to her new kundalini classes. Its her 12th lesson. Also I am sure it has a relation. Could it be the apana force acting thruout her system ? Is there a book that shows precisely the way prana/apana acts inside the body like in a medicine book ? What are the effects of the limphatic sys, the hormonal sys, the nervous sys, the sexuality, the mind ida, pingala, psycho etc. A visual map of the whole curing system and its possible reactions ? I feel I needed be more of a doctor to know more. A light please ?
