Guest guest
Sat Nam All, I have just had a whirlwind couple of weeks. My husband and I moved this last weekend, we're both in college and working. Packing, cleaning, moving, homework, work and we both seem to have vertigo. I have been neglecting my KY in favor of sleep. I have tried to maintain a healthy diet, but it has lagged at times. I have mostly been enjoying the sensations but I'm starting to have slurred speech and naseua, my mind just itsn't right. Nathan, my husband, has it worse or at least he hasn't enjoyed any of the sensations associated with it. He wants to go to the doctor. I think all we need is some rest, but there is no end in sight to the madness, birthday parties and finals coming up, plus the house needs some work to make it more comforatble. What can we do? Guest guest
I'm happy to report that my husband and I are both feeling better, no doctors required. My husband took the day off from work yesterday and I did some yoga last night and this morning and still got 6 hours of sleep, I feel great! Guest guest
> I had vertigo for 2 1/2 years. What helped me the most was chiropractic and yoga. I've had chiro adjustments for several years. About 2 months ago, it was recommended that I do the Subtle Body Kriia(Wahe Guru Kryia). By doing that kriya, my vertigo completely vanished. Hope this helps, Sat Nam, Guru Prem Kaur > "mandypan97 <MandyPan97" <MandyPan97 > 2003/02/24 Mon PM 01:13:46 EST > Kundaliniyoga > Kundalini Yoga veritgo > > Sat Nam All, > > I have just had a whirlwind couple of weeks. Guest guest
The first three times I practiced Wahe Guru Kriya I "began" having intense vertigo! But after a few times of practicing it, it subsided. Can someone comment please on what are some causes of vertigo/motion sickness in relationship to practicing yoga and meditation?? I've heard a few things, but would like some clarification. Thanks, Sat Sangeet cskyrm wrote: > I had vertigo for 2 1/2 years. What helped me the most was chiropractic and yoga.
