I mentioned to Yogi Bhajan in my letter of request that my main goal is to get out of my head and let go so I can finally fly. I always over analyze EVERYTHING and I'm trying to live in spirit. I am a very straight-line Virgo, over analyzing, rationalizing and trying to logically solve the problem of what I'm supposed to do. I've been trying to let spirit rule, but then I realize that even "thinking" that I must let spirit rule is still running everything through my mind...darn, this is hard!!!! Yes, I do alot of "self study" trying to find were my ego is holding me back so I can let go completely. Another person, a Lakota Souix shaman told me that I would find nothing more in books to guide me on my journey. I needed to go out "there", in the world. That was one of the most frightening moments of my life. I was going to have to go out "there" and ...live; walk my talk. So, is study of the self the experience and the action to the experience; and not so much reflection on the two? Is it that simple?
