Guest guest
Sat Nam ya'll, I was wondering if anyone had some insight to this problem. My liver has been giving me major hell for the last week. Checked with the Doc, all my liver functions are ok. But it still feels cramped and sore. This is all related to a recent medication change. I've been eating really well, up on my vitamins - all that. Should I even be doing much yoga with this internal kind of thing going on? As I said, my doctor sees no cause. What sets would you recommend for times like these? Bending seems to aggravate it so I don't want to overdo here Suggestions? Sets? Meditations? Guest guest
Sat Nam Leo Your liver is a major detoxifier of your body. I tries to sometimes detoxify medications that you take. So in switching medication it my be working harder to get the old medication out of you system or maybe its working harder to assimilate the new one. Or it could be a process of both. Your liver also helps to metabolize fats. I hope this might shed some lite on the situation. Sat Nam .............Kim

Anyway, I will send this info to you now. Blessings to you and to all on this list, Gina

Guest guest
Beetroot is very good for cleansing the liver. You might try drinking raw beetroot juice. Beetroot, though, has considerable amount of sugar, in case you have problems with taking in sweet stuff. Or, you can SIP the juice over a long period of time. This way you do not spike up the insulin levels. Gai
