Guest guest Posted March 1, 2003 Report Share Posted March 1, 2003 yeeeaaah..... so aaanyway... I have done Sat Kriya. For some reason, I didn't relate the name with the meditation. In regards to breathing changes whilst doing it. I have noticed that but I found it to actually energize my body...as if the breath that was going in was somehow becoming more effective in oxygenating my cells than usual. In most meditations with KY, I have found my breathing to definitely slow down (with exception to breath of fire) Sometimes, I am able to extend my breath to 2 full inhalations and exhalations per minute. Considering the fact that I have a bad tendency in daily life to be a shallow breather, this is a wonderful experience for me. Sat Nam...
