Hi,

Am I the only one having problems with emails bouncing back from the list?

I have sent emails and then they come back to me...so my posts might not be

making much sense since some are missing. eg. the sat kriya post...I

originally had sent a post asking what it was...then realized afterwards

that I knew exactly what it was and sent another email.

argh...

I do have a question...there is a point to this email. Have any of you heard

of Kundalini Reiki and have any of you have experience with it?

:)

Anand

I have just heard that have been experiencing problems over the

weekend with their servers. I ended up on bounce status, along with a whole

bunch of others. They say that everything is fixed now. If anyone has posted

mail that has disappeared, then please try again. Hopefully this time it will

get through.

Sat Nam Anand and ya'll,

Kundalini Reiki???!!! Never heard of it. I've been a Reiki

practitioner for some years now and I called my Reiki Master on this one.

Her opinion is that they are very different forms of energy and don't mix.

My Master also doesn't practice Kundalini Yoga. In my own practice I find

that kundalini energy and reiki energy are like the perfect yin-yang

relationship. I can't quite practice both a the same time but when I give a

Reiki treatment I am very aware of my kundalini energy grounding me and

supporting my efforts. On the other hand many KY meditations are about

bringing energy into the body from the Universal Source via the Crown chakra

and then channeling that energy to a purpose. In Reiki I do the same thing.

Hmmmmm? Interesting qustion. anyone? anyone?

Reiki energy can be projected....Kundalini Shakti has a mind of it's own and

can be projected, it is the energy that created each and everyone of us.. do

Kundalini Yoga and then just let it be and things will happen naturally at

it's pace and speed... it even created the Reiki energy you use to project..

be happy and consistent and things will happen...

Hope this helps..

Satnam to all,

Following on what Leo has said on KY and Reiki:

I have been doing Reiki for almost 4 years, and KY for half a year, and what I

do is start off with KY, and then do my Reiki for a short while, and I find that

I feel really good after it. Reiki is a kind of healing, so especially when you

really stretch those muscles in KY, and then Reiki it after you are done, it

heals the aching muscles immediately. The only weird thing I find is that I

always seem to forget to do the Bij mantra after i finish my KY and before I do

my Reiki, so I end up doing my Satnams at the end of the Reiki session...not

sure if its a sign because my memory is usually quite sharp...

hi all,

I have been working with Reiki for a few years now but am only very

new to Kundalini Yoga but for what it's worth this is my experience...

As I currently, (my opinion is always open to review of course :) )

think of everthing in the world as different forms of the same

energy - Kundalini energy?! - Reiki to me is an aspect of the whole.

A few days ago I decided to tune in before a Reiki session for a

friend with Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo meditation as it felt like a good

way to begin. My friend actually began to feel the effects of the

energy during the Mantra, before I had begun the Reiki. The feedback

was that it was powerful and beautiful.

The Kundalini and Reiki appeared to complement well. As for having

tried the "official" version of Kundalini Reiki...

it is now on my list of things to research and explore :) but I

certainly plan to continue to allow the energy of Kundalini and Reiki

to guide me in healings wherever they may lead.

Love and Light,

Alison
